All of our mobile notaries receive annual background checks, are licensed, bonded and carry E&O insurance. Additionally, they have been certified as a Signing Agent and are current members of the National Notary Association.

General Mobile Notary Services


  • Notarial acts - $10 each
  • Document Review Fee - $10 per document
  • Transportation fee $0.445 per mile/round-trip
  • Administration fee $10-$25**



**Administration fees are dependent upon the amount of signers, witnesses, and documents needing notarization

**Facility visits are dependent upon the type of facility, parking fees, time to locate the signer.


**Signing Sessions can be 30-60 minutes depending on the type service requested and will be confirmed when booking your service.

Terms:

  • General Mobile Notary Service Fees are payable 24 hours in advance of scheduled signing session via Paypal. Zelle coming soon.
  • Payment is required to confirm appointment.
  • A 10 minute grace period from the scheduled session begin time will be allotted before waiting time fees or cancellation policy applies.

Cancellation Policy:

  • All Cancellations and Rescheduled Appointments require 24 hour notice
  • Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will result in $25 reschedule fee
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in 50% fee deduction from refund

COVID-19 Policy: All of our mobile notaries observe CDC guidelines, will wear a mask during your session and take special care to ensure your safety. We ask that if you or anyone in your household have had any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, sore throat, stuffy/runny nose and/or persistent sneezing , that you reschedule your appointment.
